New serverless design for web content delivery and database design

Sounds impressive, but what does it mean! In the world before Serverless any SASS company such as Potentiality would choose how big their servers should be, and if the access on the system increased beyond the capacity of those servers, the site would slow down or there would be downtime.

In a "serverless" world, the background technology technology detects any changes in the load requirements, and instantly adjusts to accommodate, without any change in the speed of content deliver. The end result to you and your community is constant fast loading and responsiveness of your sites, no matter how many people accessing or what is being done.

Backend library upgrades
Including Bootstrap, JQuery, Content Builder and many more.
Removal of third party libraries used throughout the internet for marketing unless specifically required, such as google analytics, social integrations by default, google maps and charts etc.

General style upgrade.
Every page has aesthetic improvements.

Content builder
The new content builder has major upgrades including new animation functionality and tools, as well as content previewing and stability improvements and much more.

Email building
Redesign of content builder layout with improved responsiveness and access to tools
Automatic notification if an email fails.

Event upgrades

• New list of events - inline searching and sorting
• Attendance list - inline searching and sorting, ability to add new columns
• New “ticket only display” where information about guests isn't collected
• Privacy of attendees to sub admins can be restricted
• Deleting an attendee now deletes their seat automatically on seating charts
• New “Dress code field”
• Mail merge options when creating comm from event to include rsvp selection or seat options
• Sending attendance certificates

AI integration
Draft custom and personalized emails to any community member at the click of a button, all background data is used in an anonymous way to ensure privacy is maintained, but the content of the automatically drafted email is indistinguishable from something you might have spent hour drafting
