How do Admins log on?¶

All users (members and Administrators) log in using the option below, predominantly found in the top, right-hand corner of the Log In screen (location may differ depending upon how your site was set up)

To Log in as an Administrator:

• Click Name, email or mobile highlighted above.

• The following Login options will be displayed.

• Enter your log in details (your email address and a password supplied by Potentiality Admin).

• Click Login.

What happens if I forget my administrator password?¶

Once you have logged in, if you forget your log in details at a later date, follow the steps below:

• Navigate to the log in area of your Potentiality site. Simply enter your email address and click Login.

• The following page will be displayed: Click Reset Password found at the bottom of the screen.

NOTE: If the screen above does not display, this may mean that your email address is stored against multiple profiles on your database. If this is the case, you will need to ask one of your school colleagues or Potentiality Support to enter your email address into the search facility, to locate and remove your email from any additional accounts.

• You will be asked to confirm whether you wish to reset your password. Click OK.

• Select your preferred method of password retrieval from the list highlighted below, click Submit to confirm.

• A confirmation screen will display. You can either enter the code below as soon as you receive it or enter the code as your password the next time you choose to log on,

• Upon entering the reset password code for the first time, you will be prompted to enter a new password. See below:

• Enter your new password and click Submit to continue using your site.
