A detailed flow diagram of the Potentiality login flow. The only stage that requires administrator intervention is the "request help page".

The flow is graphically shown below:

On 2b) Insecure registration form we blank out any identifiable information from the record and ask the new user to fill in the profile from scratch, preventing any data leakage to a random person, but also allowing them to register on the site. These kind of records are discouraged, but at times cannot be helped due to data not being sufficient from imported data provided.
