Welcome to using Potentiality! We are thrilled to have you on board as one of our valued users.

Training¶

We appreciate that it can be daunting to set up your Potentiality Platform.  Therefore, we like to try and guide you through the process as much as possible.  As a newly signed up client, you are entitled to 5 hours of training.  Most clients undertake training once they have completed all the items listed in step one below.  We recommend that you decide internally upon what areas of the platform are most important to you, familiarise yourself with the system and write down any questions that you may have as you navigate around the site so that you can make the most out of the 5 hours allocated.  After this stage, if you feel that you would benefit from further training then we can provide additional training at a cost.

STEP ONE¶

The first step is to have a onboarding chat with the Potentiality team to go through the process.  During this discussion, we will talk about your data, your deadlines (if you have any), your branding requirements and general next steps and we will be happy
