Welcome New Potentiality Administrator!¶

The following page has been created for those who have entered an organisation with an established Potentiality platform.  For those new administrators who have recently purchased Potentiality. Please see wiki page - New to Potentiality?  What now?¶

May we take this opportunity to wish you a very warm welcome from all of us at Potentiality to your new position with your organisation. To help start your journey with Potentiality we have a training demo which will really help you to start understanding what Potentiality offers - you can WATCH IT HERE.

When you log in you should also see a short Introductory video which I recommend you to watch (see arrow just under the 'Administrator Dashboard' Heading).

You will also see the blue admin toolbar to the left hand side of your screen which will open when you hover over it. You can pin it open by using the pin icon highlighted below:

Things to think about if you have become the new key contact for your organisation:¶

1. Do you need to update email headers/footers and site footers with your new details? See How do I create or edit an email footer? ¶

3. Do you need to update the notifications settings so that you can action any new notifications arriving into Potentiality? See How do I Control the Notifications I/Other Admins Receive?¶

4.  Do you need to remove admin permissions/notifications for your predecessor? See How do I Add or Delete Administrators?¶
